This past month an incredible group of riders joined me for my Rusch Academy "Gravel Less Traveled" (#gravellesstraveled) Camp and experienced some of my favorite training grounds. We had a blast and I'm so thankful and proud of each rider that came out for the full spectrum experience that pushed their minds and bodies while learning new cycling skills to elevate their performance and health. The event got me even more excited for my big event coming up soon: Rebecca's Private Idaho. Consider joining me Labor Day Weekend and learn more about the ride and how your participation supports my Be Good (TM) Foundation. Our efforts support cycling related nonprofits and fund impactful change in their communities. It's an all-around win-win.
