Amid this whirlwind of a summer, I had the treat of catching up with my friend and super athlete Meg Fisher on the Ride Buddies podcast. Meg is a para-cyclist who has garnered numerous accolades in cycling, including multiple Paralympic medals, and who practices as a doctor of physical therapy.
Our personal paths to cycling are all different, but there is always some commonality to be found in both the joys and the struggle. Meg and I share our personal stories about the harder side of cycling and what we've learned along the way. We share plenty of laughs, too. LISTEN HERE!
“I went from being a very able-bodied collegiate tennis player to laying in a hospital bed being told I’d never walk again.”
